Wealth Management - Our Processes

We are able to execute on our care mission of wealth management by following clearly defined processes. These processes help to shape client expectation, leading to consistently excellent client service. Examples of processes we have in place are:

Financial Planning Processes

Asset Management Process (via our Investment Committee)

Client Yearly Review Process

Business/Operations Tracking Processes

Financial Planning Process

Our planning process is through and objective. We start by understanding your true needs, being sure to address what keeps you up at night. We then prepare draft models so that we can collaborate with you until we have collectively created a final blueprint for your financial success.

We don’t stop here though; as Tegra understands a plan is not worth the paper it is printed on if it is not executed. That’s why your Tegra financial planning team will continue to work with you until all aspects of the plan have been completed and put into action.

We will then update your plan annually to ensure we reflect any change in your situation and/or goal changes as they arise.

Asset Management Process

This cornerstone process starts with an objective understanding of your investment experience, risk tolerance and goal objectives. We carefully tie the asset management goals to your overall financial goals to make sure both processes are in sync with each other.

Your Tegra advisor will communicate your investment objectives to our internal Investment Committee. Together your advisor and Committee will put together a review of your current assets and your overall allocation. We then discuss how, if necessary, to reposition your assets in such a way as to more suitably obtain your investment goals.

Once the portfolio is in place, your Tegra advisor and the Tegra Investment Committee will provide you regular commentary and investment portfolio results through periodic reports and face-to-face meetings.

At Tegra, we went you to fully understand how your portfolio is being managed as after all it is your money.

Client Review Process

At each internal client review we are prepared to discuss any issues for which our clients have engaged us, such as:

  • Updated Retirement Projections
  • Updated Education Goals
  • Estate Plan Update
  • Investment Portfolio Update
  • Risk Management Review

Tegra believes each client should consistently review their progress to provide the greatest possibility of achieving their goals. Your reviews will be automatically scheduled at a time convenient to you.
